The full SMS flow
Job offer sent by SMS
When a checkout is detected, CleanForge texts your top-ranked available cleaner a plain-text job offer. No links, no apps — just a message they can reply to.
Cleaner replies YES or NO
CleanForge understands YES, yes, Oui, yep, y, 👍 — and NO, non, nope, n, 👎. Typos and French replies are all handled. If they decline, the next cleaner is tried automatically.
Job link sent on YES
After confirmation, a TinyURL link is sent with their checklist, address, Google Maps link, and photo upload page. This is sent after YES to avoid carrier spam filters.
Cleaner submits photos
The cleaner opens the link on any phone browser. No account needed. They check off each task, upload a photo per item, and tap Submit.
Auto-payout notification
Once the job is approved, the cleaner gets an SMS confirming their Stripe payout. The full loop — offer to payment — is handled entirely via text.
Recognised reply words
CleanForge recognises variations, typos, emojis, and bilingual replies — so your cleaners never need to worry about the exact format.
Why no link in the first SMS?
Mobile carriers often filter or block SMS messages containing URLs on first send. CleanForge sends a plain-text offer first, then sends the link only after confirmation — ensuring 100% reliable delivery.
