Connect your calendar
Go to Properties → Add Property. Enter your property name and address, then paste the iCal URL from your Airbnb or VRBO listing. CleanForge will start watching for checkouts within 15 minutes.

Add your cleaning team
Go to Cleaners → Add Cleaner. Enter their name, phone number, and rate per job. You can add as many cleaners as you want — the AI will pick the best available one for each job.
Zero friction for cleaners
Cleaners only need a phone number. No app download, no account setup. They work entirely via SMS.
Build your checklist
In your property settings, open the Checklist tab. Add every cleaning task room by room — Kitchen, Bathroom, Bedroom, etc. Mark items as required if you want to block approval until a photo is submitted.
Pro tip
Required checklist items prevent payout until your cleaner uploads a photo. Use this for your most critical tasks.
Connect Stripe
Go to Settings → Connect Stripe. Each property can have its own Stripe Connect account, or you can use the same one across all properties. Cleaners receive automatic transfers the moment a job is approved.
Stripe is optional
Stripe payouts are optional. You can skip this and pay cleaners manually — just use the Approve button without Stripe connected.
