The full no-show flow
30-minute overdue trigger
CleanForge monitors every scheduled job. If a cleaner has not marked "I'm on my way" or started uploading photos 30 minutes after the scheduled start time, the no-show detection fires automatically.
Host is notified instantly
You receive an in-app notification and an email alert: "[Property] cleaner has not checked in. CleanForge is reassigning automatically." You are kept in the loop without lifting a finger.
Cleaner receives a warning SMS
The cleaner gets an SMS: "We haven't heard from you for this job. If you cannot make it, please reply NO so we can reassign." This gives them a final chance to respond before the penalty.
Reliability score penalty
If there is still no response after the warning window, the cleaner's reliability score is reduced. Cleaners with lower scores are ranked lower when the agent assigns future jobs — directly impacting their earning opportunity.
Auto-reassignment
CleanForge's agent loop kicks in immediately. It scores all available cleaners by reliability, schedule fit, and past performance, then sends a new job offer to the next best match — exactly as it would for a fresh job.
Guest turnover protected
The guest never knows anything happened. The new cleaner receives the same checklist link, job details, and timing requirements. Your property is covered before the next guest arrives.
Reliability score impact
The reliability score determines who gets contacted first for new jobs. A cleaner at 95/100 will always be chosen over one at 60/100.
Can I disable score penalties?
Not yet — penalties are automatic to keep ranking integrity intact. However, you can manually adjust a cleaner's score from the Cleaners page if you believe an absence was justified.
